I’m having an issue when processing my payment?
Make sure that you are putting your expiration date and CVV correctly. This are the common issue. If your issue persists, please call your bank to make sure there is no security features blocking your online payments. Please do not hesitate on contacting us via email or phone.
What Is OSA’s policy?
Due to the intimate and individual nature of our products and the individual nature of expectations, physical and environmental conditions, we cannot offer refunds on the basis of products not meeting expectations. If you have experiences a severely adverse reaction, we do recommend you to get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will help you navigate the proper use of each product.
What is OSA’s return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of unpacked products, so please bear that in mind when purchasing. If you change your mind after you’ve placed your order, we might be able to cancel your order before it dispatches. Please get in touch with us within 15-30 min of placing your order. Once dispatched, the only way to return the item safely is by either declining the package or by getting in touch with us and requesting a return label. Please bear in mind that if you are requesting a return label the package must be unopened.

We ship to most countries worldwide, except a few where we are unable to due to carrier restrictions. These are: Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Syria, Sudan.
How long will it take to get my package?
Deliveries within Europe and the US are usually made within 5 to 10 business days within shipping out, given the merchandise is in stock. Worldwide shipments can take up to 15 business days. Please keep in mind these are approximates and that there is 1-2 business days of processing your order within the warehouse before we can ship it out.
Is it possible to change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address up to the point when your order is sent to our warehouse for processing, after which we can no longer change the address. If you need to change/update your shipping address, please get in touch with us within 15-30 minutes of placing your order.
My Shipment Is Damaged. What should I do?
Due to the fragile nature of our products it is possible that they sometimes get damaged in transport, but not to worry. Our shipments are insured for damage precisely for cases like these. If your product reaches you damaged, please take two photos of the external packaging and a photo of the damaged product and send it over [email protected] Our Customer Care Team will get in touch ASAP and guide you through the process of getting you a replacement product or a refund.
My Shipment Is Lost
If your package gets lost or undelivered, please check out the tracking reference that was sent in the email once the order dispatched. If you are unable to track the item on the Royal Mail tracking page, check out your local postal service website and enter the same tracking number - local sited are usually much more detailed.
Our shipments are insured in case of lost, so there is no need to worry. If you are unable to locate your package and your local carrier has confirmed they can’t either, please get in touch with us and we will file a lost package claim for you and ultimately send out a replacement or refund.
